The main achievement of the staff of the Department of History and Law in the academic year was the interactive book “The History of the city of Uralsk”, released on December 28, 2021 for the 30th anniversary of Independence of Kazakhstan, using new digitalization technologies. These works are the first in the Western region of the country created in a modern digital format. The book was prepared by order of the Akimat of the city of Uralsk. The interactive book is accompanied by media content with IT technologies: a video message from the mayor of Uralsk, a photo gallery, virtual tours, exhibits from the museum and monuments in 3D format are viewed using an AR tag, interactive photos, translation of texts into Russian and English are viewed using a QR code. You can get acquainted with the media content of the book through electronic gadgets. The book was published under the general editorship and processing of the Doctor of Historical Sciences, academician T. Z. Rysbekov.
