Since September 2023, pedagogical retraining courses have opened and started operating at the Institute of Education and Management. PR0013 – The educational program for students of pedagogical retraining courses was reviewed and registered on June 22, 2023 according to the list of educational programs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The purpose of this course is to meet the existing need for teaching staff by retraining specialists with non-teaching special professional education. Specialists with special professional education are allowed to work as teachers in their specialty after completing a special course, in accordance with the amendment to the legislation. The same opportunity can be used by specialists of other specialties who have non-pedagogical special professional knowledge.
We would like to emphasize that our students who complete these courses can change their field of activity and imagine themselves in a new way. Students who successfully complete the retraining course will be awarded a state certificate. Currently, our university offers pedagogical retraining courses in six directions:
– Kazakh language and literature
– Russian language and literature in non-Russian teaching schools
– Foreign language: two foreign languages
– History
– Informatics
– Preschool education and upbringing.
Duration of training – 6 months.
The program focuses on the intensive experience of teaching skills and the needs of specialists.
Number of credits – 50 ECTS (1500 academic hours)
Documents are accepted for the autumn entrance from June 20 to August 25 and for the winter entrance from November 20 to December 30 at the address:
