The career guidance work in Mugalzhar district and the city of Kandagash, Aktobe region, from February 16 to February 20, 2026, by the Marketing and Pre-university Training Department is aimed at helping schoolchildren and youth make informed career choices based on their interests, abilities and the needs of the regional labor market.

As part of career guidance, meetings are held in schools and colleges to determine professional aptitudes and individual consultations. Special attention is paid to the areas in demand in the region — industry, oil and gas industry, construction, agriculture, transport, IT and services.

Career guidance helps students develop an understanding of modern labor market requirements, develop career planning skills, and increase motivation to receive quality education. 

The main goal is to train competitive specialists and create conditions for professional self—realization of young people in the region.
