On the Day of Unity of the People of Kazakhstan, trees were planted in Uralsk as part of the environmental campaign “Taza Kazakhstan” initiated by the Head of State.

The event was actively attended by youth, members of the public, government officials and representatives of the older generation. Akim of the region Nariman Turegaliev, together with the youth, planted trees and noted the importance of holding such events. The main goal of this event is to awaken the love of our residents and youth for nature and the environment.

400 trees were planted in the 10th microdistrict of Uralsk. “In total, this year it is planned to plant about 2 thousand trees in our city” – said regional akim Nariman Turegaliev.

Volunteers from our university called on the youth of our region to support this action and make their contribution to the preservation and enhancement of the natural landscapes of their native land.
