On November 4, 2025, the advisors of the Department of Oil and Gas Engineering, together with the student groups under the 6B07201/6B07204 – Oil and Gas Engineering educational programs, visited the Alley of Fame of Oil Workers, Gas Industry Employees, and Geologists in Uralsk. The alley was opened in 2010, and it features the first monument in Kazakhstan dedicated to geologists. Along the alley, there are busts and memorial plaques honoring prominent oil workers and geologists. The students gained valuable knowledge about individuals who made a significant contribution to the development of the oil and gas industry. The excursion inspired the youth with pride and interest in their future profession.
