To date, the volume of counterfeit products is growing in the market zone of Kazakhstan and in the world. Our society is becoming a victim of counterfeit products. The buyer of the product wants to buy an inexpensive copy of the product to save their finances, but scammers trick the fake as the original and sell it at their own price. Our task is to prevent such situations, to explain to the younger generation.

     In order to ensure favorable conditions for the protection and protection of intellectual property rights, to raise public awareness on intellectual issues, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a republican campaign “No counterfeiting in Kazakhstan” from May 3 to May 15, 2022. Within the framework of this action, under the guidance of teachers of the West Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Technology, Pedagogical Faculty, Department of History and Law, Masters of Legal Sciences Gabdulov A.Zh., Klimova L.A., Makhsotova Zh.R. a social video was prepared on this topic with the participation of students of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd courses of the educational program “law enforcement”. Out of 37 videos prepared by various educational institutions of the republic, the title of “Best video” was awarded to students of ZKITU.

     On May 20, the Deputy head of the Department of Justice of the West Kazakhstan Region, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Rashkaliev E. E. during his reception congratulated all participants of this event and presented a diploma and a valuable gift on behalf of the Vice Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
