On October 30, 2025, the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the West Kazakhstan Region held an Open Day event dedicated to the ceremonial start of the 2025-2026 academic year of the School of Civil Service “Zhana Talap.” Fourth-year students from our university participated in the event.

The event was moderated by Murat Seilbekovich Baisalov, Head of the Department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs, who introduced the participants to the main areas of the School of Civil Service “Zhana Talap” project. The moderator provided students with information about the several stages of admission to the school, application methods, class procedures, final testing, participation in and defense of a special project, certificate awards, and areas for enhancing the competencies necessary for entry into the civil service.

Among the university’s youth, third-year student of the Law Enforcement program at the Institute of Education and Management, Yelaman Mukamzharov, was accepted to the Zhana Talap School of Civil Service.
