Within the framework of developing international scientific and educational cooperation, the Department of Law of the West Kazakhstan Innovative-Technological University actively collaborates with the Saratov State Law Academy (Russian Federation). This cooperation is aimed at strengthening academic ties, exchanging research experience, and promoting the participation of faculty members in international scientific and practical conferences, forums, round-table discussions, and other academic events.

A clear example of the effectiveness of this collaboration is the participation of Zh.K. Tuleugaliyeva, Head of the Department of Law and Master of Laws, in the 5th Saratov Legal Forum dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the Saratov State Law Academy. Following the event, the Academy’s administration expressed its gratitude for her contribution to the development of scientific dialogue and the strengthening of inter-university cooperation.

The partnership between the two universities contributes to the advancement of joint research activities, the expansion of academic mobility, the exchange of best practices in legal education and legal science, and the creation of favorable conditions for the implementation of promising international research projects. Efforts to further develop scientific cooperation between the West Kazakhstan Innovative-Technological University and the Saratov State Law Academy are ongoing and demonstrate a stable positive dynamic.
