On February 18, 2025, senior teachers of the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Technosphere Safety of the IOT of WKITU Amirgalieva A.M., Gabdrahim L. R. and Aldibekova N. B. held a career guidance meeting with 11th grade students of secondary school No. 25 in Uralsk. The meeting was organized with the assistance of the school’s career guidance counselor Dana Baktykayrovna Zhaimanova and with the consent of the school administration.

During the meeting, the students were provided with information about the education system at the West Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Technology, the educational programs being implemented, admission rules, as well as the possibilities of applying for a grant. Special attention was paid to full-time and distance learning after college, the conditions of study at the military department, as well as benefits and support for students.      Vocational guidance materials were distributed to the students: brochures and colorful information booklets.

There are 23 students in the 11th “A” class (homeroom teacher — Baubekova Zh. G.), 23 students in the 11th “B” class (homeroom teacher — Snegereeva N. F.), 22 students in the 11th “B” class (homeroom teacher — Shurygina E. V.).

The work carried out helped to raise awareness high school students about the prospects of obtaining higher education at the IOT WKITU and expanding their understanding of sought-after and promising professions.
