Today, on 18.01.24, the Department of Law held a scientific seminar on the results of the first half of the 2023-2024 academic year on the topic “Modern problems of branches of law of the Republic of Kazakhstan: theory and practice”.
The main purpose of the seminar was to analyze and discuss topical issues of the branches of law in Kazakhstan through the study of theoretical aspects and consideration of practical problems, scientific, legal and legal practice. Also during the event, the faculty of the Department of Law presented a report on the research activities carried out, discussed the problems of legal practice, shared their experience and considerations regarding the modern legal model of the branches of Kazakh law. Within the framework of the given topic of the seminar, topical issues of law enforcement in the following areas of legal research were discussed:
