On January 8, 2019, a scientific seminar was held at the Chair of Ecology and Biotechnology of Engineering and Technological Faculty of West Kazakhstan Innovation-Technological University, the purpose of which is to summarize the faculty research work in 2018, planning of the scientific researches for 2019 year.

Chair instructors during the scientific seminar presented interim and final reports for 2018 year, programs and methods on the newly formed scientific themes for 2019 year.

According to the scientific seminar program, reports on a scientific project are presented within the framework of the budget program 019 “Services for the dissemination and implementation of innovative experience”, 3 contractual works, 3 initiative themes, 3 scientific themes of graduate students; a report on research work within the framework of a complex theme (international project), carried out with the Saratov State Technical University named after Yu.Gagarin, also 2 programs and research methods were presented.

On the resulting of the scientific seminar, recommendations were made on the publication of scientific articles in journals indexed in the Web of Science and Scopus; recommended by the Committee on the Control of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of RK; international publications.
