As part of the celebration of the Day of Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on April 21, 2022. a round table meeting was held on the Program of Creative Cooperation between the Department of Engineering and Technology of the Faculty of Engineering and Humanities of ZKITU and the Department of Engineering Physics, Electrical Equipment and Electrical Technologies of the Saratov State Agrarian University named after N. I. Vavilov (Saratov, Russian Federation) on implementation of joint research work on the topic: “Problems of energy in the agro-industrial complex: the efficiency of using alternative energy sources”, timed to coincide with the Day of Science Workers of Kazakhstan”
The welcoming speech was given to the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Humanities of WKITU – Bilashev Baurzhan Akimzhanovich and the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of “Engineering and Environmental Management” of the SSAU. N.I. Vavilova – Levchenko Galina Viktorovna.
The head of the Department of Technique and Technology – Akhmetzhan S.Z. took part in the work of the round table. and head of the department “Engineering physics, electrical equipment and electrical technologies” – Trushkin A.V.

On the part of the Faculty of Engineering and Humanities of WKITU, presentations were made by the third-year students of the EP “Electric Power Engineering”: Belyaev A.P., (Development of wind energy in Kazakhstan), Silin S.O. (Prospects for the development of hydropower in Kazakhstan) and assistant professor of the department Sadykova L.A. (Barriers preventing the introduction of non-traditional energy sources in Kazakhstan. Solar energy in the West Kazakhstan region).
From the SSAU them. Vavilov N.I. undergraduates Redkozubov V.I. (State and prospects for the use of solar energy in the Saratov region), Kornilov A.Yu. (VR-technologies in the educational process) and associate professor Shlyupikov S.V. (Application of renewable energy in the Saratov region).
The presentations were interesting and relevant, since the course of development of the states of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation is aimed at “green energy”. There was a heated discussion of the reports, and questions were asked that were of concern to both sides.
