As part of the scientific research student club “Zemlemer,” on November 28, 2025, a Round Table on the topic “The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Land Management” was held at the Department of Architecture and Construction, organized by senior lecturers L.T. Koibagarova, G.Sh. Izbasova, and D.M. Karabalin.
During the event, modern directions for the application of artificial intelligence in the field of land management were discussed, including the automation of spatial data processing, the digitalization of cadastral procedures, the use of neural networks for analyzing geodetic measurements, and forecasting changes in land resources.
Special attention was given to issues related to increasing the efficiency of land management specialists through the implementation of intelligent systems, as well as prospects for using big data and geoinformation technologies in territory modeling.
Students actively participated in the discussions, presenting their own ideas and research projects related to the use of AI in educational and practical tasks. The Round Table contributed to the development of students’ scientific potential and the formation of practical skills in applying modern digital tools in the field of land management.
