On October 20, 2026, a practice-oriented session in the discipline “Analytical and Physical Colloid Chemistry” was held at Ural Dairy Plant LLP for students enrolled in the educational programs 6B07205 “Food Technology and Safety” and 6B09103 “Veterinary Medicine.” The session was conducted under the supervision of A.B. Niyazbekova, Associate Professor and Candidate of Chemical Sciences at the Department of Oil and Gas Engineering, and A.M. Amirgaliyeva, Master of Technical Sciences and Senior Lecturer. The aim of the session was to familiarize students with dairy production technology, the operation of a chemical laboratory, laboratory testing procedures, and product quality control methods. During the session, the enterprise’s technologist, Zh.A. Sadykhova, introduced the students to the work of the chemical laboratory and explained the methods used to study the chemical composition of milk and dairy products, determine quality indicators, and conduct physicochemical analyses. In addition, laboratory equipment and product quality control methods were demonstrated.

During the practical session, students learned about the importance of chemical analysis methods and expanded their knowledge of evaluating and analyzing research results. The session helped them consolidate their theoretical knowledge through practical experience, develop skills in conducting chemical research, and acquire the professional competencies necessary for their future careers.
