As part of the practical training of second-year students enrolled in the educational programs 6B07303 “Land Management and Cadastre,” 6B07302 “Construction,” and 6B07301 “Architecture” at the Department of Architecture and Construction, a practice-oriented session on the GPS E300 PRO satellite receiver was conducted. The aim of the session was to familiarize students with the purpose, structure, and operating principles of the GPS E300 PRO satellite receiver, as well as to develop practical skills in applying modern satellite technologies to geodetic, construction, and land management tasks. During the session, students studied the main components and functional capabilities of the equipment, learned how to prepare it for operation, and became familiar with the specific features of satellite signal reception and methods for determining point coordinates. Particular attention was paid to conducting practical measurements, recording the obtained data, and evaluating the results. The practical focus of the session enabled students to consolidate their theoretical knowledge and gain initial hands-on experience in working with modern geodetic equipment. As a result of the session, students acquired practical skills in operating the GPS E300 PRO satellite receiver, performing basic satellite measurements, and applying the obtained data to solve practical tasks in the fields of land management and geodesy.
