On November 7, 2025, senior lecturers N.S. Umarova and Zh.A. Aimesheva of the Finance and Economics Department at the Institute of Education and Management organized a practical training session for students of the Accounting and Auditing program, “21st Century Accountant: Digital Literacy and New Thinking,” dedicated to the professional holiday of accountants and auditors in Kazakhstan.
The aim of the event was to develop students’ personal branding skills and teach them how to create an effective resume that will distinguish future professionals in the modern labor market. The department’s lecturers introduced students to the accounting profession and the professional and modern aspects of accounting and auditing. Students actively participated in interactive games such as “Accounting Crocodile” and “Who’s Faster?”
During the training, participants learned how to transform their educational experience into professional achievements and how to create a professional resume for employers.
