Senior lecturer of the Department of Architecture and Construction Koibagarova L.T. held an Open lesson on the discipline “Geodetic works in land management” on the topic “Safety during geodetic works”. It was attended by students of the educational program 6B07303-“Land management and cadastre”, group ZK-22O.

The purpose of the lesson: To study the safety rules when performing geodetic works, to familiarize oneself with possible risks, dangerous situations and methods of their prevention.

The importance of observing safety regulations during geodetic works.

An overview of potential risks (working at height, near transport, near power lines or on difficult terrain). Basic safety requirements. Workplace organization: Checking the serviceability of equipment (total stations, levelers, GPS receivers, etc.).

The practical lesson was held at a good methodological level. All stages of the lesson were followed. The teacher was able to organize the learning process in accordance with the requirements. The students showed a good level of knowledge.
