On December 1, 2025, in accordance with the department’s schedule, an open lecture on the topic “Investigative Actions” was delivered for students of groups UR-31O and UR-33O by senior lecturer of WKITU, E.A. Karagoyshiyev.

The purpose of the lecture was to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the essence of investigative actions in pre-trial proceedings, their types, legal foundations, and procedures for their implementation.

During the lecture, the following issues were covered: the concept of investigative actions and their role in the criminal procedure system; types of investigative actions (interrogation, search, investigative experiment, identification, examination, etc.); the legal regulation of each investigative action; tactical features of conducting investigative actions in accordance with the requirements of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan; analysis of practical cases and real-life situations.

The lesson was organized in an interactive format: students were given situational tasks to practice decision-making skills related to investigative actions. At the end of the lecture, participants asked questions and discussed key aspects of the topic.

The open lecture was conducted in full accordance with the planned educational objectives and contributed to enhancing students’ professional training, allowing them to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical application.
