As part of Science Week, on the 13th of April 2026, senior lecturers and Masters of the Department of General Education. Razakhova F.Zh, and Kurmanova Zh.B., as part of the school’s pedagogical mastery program, conducted a master class on the topic “An Innovative Approach to the Self-Realization of Research Personnel.” The purpose of the Master class was to stimulate interest in research work, develop professional competencies, and motivate students to pursue a master’s degree after completing their bachelor’s program. The event began with a presentation by Kurmanova Zh.B., a third-year doctoral student at the Zhubanov University, who started by defining terms such as research work, scientific research, the Council of Young Scientists, an abstract, and a summary of a scientific article. The 1st year students, members of the science student cycle “Atameken” informed about the main stages of scientific activity: preparation of master’s students, psychosocial preparation for scientific activity, management of scientific activity, the structure of scientific work, etc.
Next, Razakhova F.Zh. gave a presentation, sharing her personal experience of enrolling in the doctoral program at the International Balkan University (Skopje, North Macedonia), and provided information on research methods, formulating philosophical assumptions in qualitative and quantitative research, and the use of Google Scholar and Research Gate to search for materials for a dissertation and how to use artificial intellect to write the research.
