On February 26, 2020, at engineering and technological faculty of WKITU, a round table was organized for first, second -year students on the theme: “Heroic defense of Leningrad” dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the great Patriotic war. The meeting was attended by veterans of the great Patriotic war: honored Builder of the USSR, Honorary citizen of Uralsk city: Hamza abdrakhmanovich, veteran of the great Patriotic war, Honorary citizen of Uralsk skalenko Venamin Panteleevich, veteran of labor, honorary citizen of Uralsk city. Oral Kuzekova Rosa Lukyanovna, Chairman of the Board of veterans Myrzagali Mukhambetov Djaparov, rector of West Kazakhstan’s innovative-technological University, Professor Kabdualieva Raushan Saginova, Dean of engineering-technological faculty, Professor Kadyraliev Nurbulat Mendygaliev, law students, students of Higher West Kazakhstan engineering-technological College and students activists of the faculty. The meeting was held at a very high level.
