From December 4 to 15, 2023, according to the program of guest lectures, the supervisor of the “Psychology and Pedagogy” function of the International Academy of Modern professional education, professor, Doctor of Psychology Anatoliy Stepanovich Turchin delivered online lectures on the course “Psychology of Educational Activities” for magistrands of EP 7M01101 “Pedagogy and Psychology” of the Institute of Education and Management of West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University.

The purpose of this course is to improve the quality of training of future masters of pedagogy and psychology, the formation of knowledge and skills to use it in professional activities. During the lectures, the professor examined the methods and ways of understanding psychological reality: the correspondence of the research method to the subject and cognitive task of the study, the characteristics of the main methods of psychological research of cognitive processes were given, and the characteristics of learning ability as an important category of educational psychology were given. The magistrands were interested in the problems of modern education, discussed in lectures in the form of discussions.
