In his message «Just Kazakhstan: Law and Order, Economic Growth, Social Optimism», President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev stressed the importance of strengthening the ideology of law and order in society. One of the key aspects of this process is ensuring the financial security of citizens in the context of the rapid spread of digital technologies, which is accompanied by an increase in the number of fraudulent schemes. In this regard, knowledge of the basics of economics and finance, as well as possession of basic digital skills, become vital for every citizen of Kazakhstan.

President Tokayev highlighted the «Karyzsyz Kogam» project, initiated by the Amanat party, as an important initiative aimed at improving financial literacy of citizens.

«Karyzsyz Kogam» is not just an educational project, but also an important step towards creating a financially literate society that is able to resist fraud and financial traps.

In the period from November 25 to November 29, 2024, a training course «Personal Finance Management» was held for students at the West Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Technology. During the training, students gained knowledge on personal finance management, studied the basic principles of rational budget planning, credit and investment management.

Teaching students the basics of financial literacy is an important initiative aimed at preparing the younger generation to effectively manage their finances.
