One of the most effective ways to transfer professional knowledge and skills from more experienced professionals to less experienced ones is to conduct open classes. “It is important for me to pass on my experience to young specialists so that they achieve greater success in teaching than I do,” says Ass. Professor of the Department of Petroleum Engineering, Ph.D. K.A. Ikhsanov.

Kairbek Aitzhanovich has been teaching at the University for more than 30 years, of which he has been working at our university for 25 years.

On February 14, 2025, he held an open practical lesson on the discipline “Fundamentals of oil and gas business” on the topic: “Construction of oil and gas wells. Well construction” in the ND-22 O group. Various modern innovative technologies and active teaching methods were used during the lesson. The lesson was accompanied by visual interactive material in the form of a presentation. The second half of the lesson was held in a playful way. The students actively completed the tasks as a team and individually.

The open lesson was attended by senior teachers of the department Nugmanov A.M., Kiikbaev M.K., PhD, Kadiraliev A., PhD, and 2nd-year master’s student Shanenov N.N.

This form of teaching contributes, on the one hand, to the development of students’ creative activity, their resourcefulness, interest and the formation of a certain worldview, on the other hand, to the transfer of experience to young colleagues.
