On November 21, 2025, a career guidance event titled “Career Fair” was held at the Kasym Amanzholov General Education School in the Baiterek district. The purpose of the event was to provide career guidance to students of grades 9–10–11 and to assist them in choosing their future profession.

All higher education institutions of the city of Uralsk took part in the meeting. The West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University was represented by R.S. Islyamov, a specialist from the Career Guidance Department of the Institute of Education and Management.

During the event, students were shown a video about the institute and were provided with information about its educational programs.

At the end of the event, the school administration awarded the staff of the Institute of Education and Management of WKITU a letter of appreciation for their active participation in career guidance work.
