A cooperation agreement has been signed between the West Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Technology and the Ulyanovsk State Agrarian University named after P.A.Stolypin, which provides, among other things, for the implementation of an academic mobility program.

For several years, teachers of the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Technosphere Safety of WKITU have been conducting classes in veterinary disciplines for students and undergraduates of UlGAU. In turn, the teachers of the partner university give lectures to our students.

On December 22, 2025, Associate Professor of the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Technosphere Safety, Candidate of Veterinary Sciences K. K. Keikinva, gave a lecture on «Inflammation as an organism’s response to the actions of microorganisms» for students of UlGAU. The lecture aroused great interest: students actively asked questions and were interested in the peculiarities of students’ education and life in Kazakhstan.
