In the period from February 26 to February 28, 2024, the 1st round of the Olympiad on EP 6B07201 “Oil and Gas business” was held at the Department of Oil and gas engineering, Institute of Industry Technologies of WKITU.

The main objectives of the Olympiad are: testing the ability of students to independent professional activity, improving the skills of effective solution of professional tasks, developing professional thinking, the ability to design their activities and constructive analysis of errors in professional activity, increasing interest in future professional activity.

The 1st round of the Olympiad was held in 2 stages: stage 1 in the form of test tasks; stage 2 – by tickets (solving logical and practical problems). The students showed good theoretical knowledge in the disciplines. At the end of the Olympiad, the prizes were distributed. Senior teachers responsible for the 1st round of the Olympiad are G.E. Kalesheva, G.G.Berkaliyeva.
