March 1-2, 2018 in the central library named after N.Nekrasov of Orenburg, the Russian Federation, the International scientific and practical conference “The Ninth Bolshakov’s  readings”, “The Orenburg region as a historical and cultural phenomenon”was organized by the Orenburg State Pedagogical Universitytogether with the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University.

At the conference from the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University, scientific articles of the senior lecturers of the Department “History and SDH” Candidates of History Boranbayeva B.S. and AbdrakhmanovaR.L. were presented. The senior lecturer of the chair “History and SDH”, master of Pedagogics Sidakhmetov S.E. took full-time part in the conference.

At the plenary meeting of the conference, after the report of the Head of the Department of History of Russia at the Orenburg State Pedagogical University Lyubachankovsky S.V., the winners of the Third International Competition of Young Scientists of Russia and Kazakhstan “Historical and cultural heritage of the Orenburg region and the Ural area” were awarded. The diploma of the 1st degree was awarded to the 1-st course master student of the specialty “History” of the pedagogical faculty of WKITU Tulegenov Zh. N., under direction of the associate professor of the “History and SDH” department, Candidate of History Abdrakhmanova R.L.
