As you know, an expanded meeting of the Board of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held on January 27, 2022. During the meeting, a wide range of measures, achieved indicators and tasks were touched upon to address a number of topical issues covering almost all spheres of education and science of the country.
It is no secret that despite the fact that the Kazakh language has been the state language for several decades, it still has not found proper use in society. We will also not hide that the citizens of the country, who are not indifferent to the fate of the language, were waiting with hope for the outcome of this meeting, that we were pleased to feel a new trend, in fact a new attitude to the state language within the framework of measures initiated by the President of the country Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich. It is gratifying that, on the direct instructions of the President, our Ministry is planning a number of large-scale cases in this direction. In particular, I want to emphasize that the good deeds undertaken correspond to the modern way of life of our society. Taking into account the close intertwining of modern life with the Internet, with all kinds of gadgets and applications, the launch of the multifunctional complex “Qazgramma”, the launch of audio text input applications in the Kazakh language, the mobile application “Kazakh Sozi”, the introduction of the Kazakh language sound recognition function in them, the opening of the portal “Kozdik Kor” and the introduction of mobile gaming applications for children in everyday life will be positive steps that contribute to the entry of all residents of the country into the world of their native language, into its rich treasury.
Therefore, wishing good luck to our citizens who are responsible for the fulfillment of all these tasks, I urge all colleagues to support these good deeds in every possible way.
