According to the results of the academic year, the contest “Leader of the Year – 2018” was announced among faculty members and students of the pedagogical faculty of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University.

This competition is held annually to determine the best instructors and employees who make a huge contribution to the development of the university and the education system as a whole, as well as students who are actively involved in the implementation of state programs of the region’s youth policy.

The competition was held in 10 main categories. The commission, consisting of competent, highly qualified specialists, identified the best in nominations and awarded the winners. The competition considered the achievements of nominees for 2018 only.

Among the faculty and staff of the faculty in the nomination “Person of the year-2018” was awarded Master of Biology Bakesova R.M., in the nomination “The best supervisor” – Master of Pedagogics Sidakhmetov S.Е., in the nomination “For raising the image of the faculty” was awarded Master of Humanities Kairaly K.К., in the nomination “The best adviser” – Master of Pedagogics Kakimova D.M., in the nomination “The best lecturer-methodologist” – Candidate of Economics, associate professor Sukhanberdina B.B.

Among students in the nomination “Student of the year” was awarded a 2nd year student of the specialty “Kazakh language and literature” Samatov R., in the nomination “Excellent in studies” – a 4th year student of the specialty “Informatics” Ramazanova G., in the nomination “Young scientist” – a 4th year student of the specialty “History” Kashapova A., “For achievements in sport ” – the 2nd year student of the specialty “Physical culture and sport” Kabdulmazhit A., “For support of the university’s image” – the KVN team “Zhana Tolkyn”.
