On April 24, 2024, the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Technosphere Safety held a methodological seminar on the topic “Evaluation of learning outcomes according to the educational programs of the Department” within the framework of the School of Pedagogical Excellence of the Institute of Industrial Technologies of the ZKITU.

The purpose of the event is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the educational process as a result of the use of various modern methods of evaluating learning outcomes that ensure the achievement of the goals of the educational program.

The alternation of different types of teaching methods avoids fatigue and monotony in the classroom, stimulates the activity and initiative of students who not only perceive the information presented by the teacher, but also participate in its creation themselves.

Presentations were made by scientists and teachers of the department with the proposed modern methods of teaching specialized disciplines: through educational and research work, the use of an interactive whiteboard, conducting classes in the form of brainstorming, as well as using the popular “round table” method.

The teachers shared their experience of personal application of non-standard teaching methods used in evaluating students’ scientific papers.

Experience exchange events are a good opportunity to improve the pedagogical skills of teachers.
