On April 1, a ceremonial awarding of the winners and prize-winners of the booklet contest “Integrity is My Choice” was held at the Institute of Industry Technologies of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technological University.

The contest was organized by the University’s Compliance Service and aimed at promoting academic integrity, responsibility, and anti-corruption culture among students. The organizers отмечали высокий уровень подготовки участников и их творческий подход к раскрытию важной социальной темы.

The event was attended by Head of the Compliance Service Rakhmetov T.Kh., Deputy Head Dzhubayaliyeva A.K., as well as Head of the Department for Educational Work Tolekbayeva Danagul Sermukhametkyzy. In their speeches, they emphasized the importance of fostering values such as integrity, fairness, and social responsibility among young people.

Dzhubayaliyeva A.K. noted that the contest helped identify not only academically strong students but also talented and инициативные individuals capable of expressing their civic position through creative projects.

According to the results of the contest, the winners were:

1st place — Kalamgali Aibar, 3rd-year student, “Oil and Gas Engineering”

2nd place — Zhumabayev Saken, 1st-year student, “Architecture”
2nd place — Nurbayev Damir, 1st-year student, “Oil and Gas Engineering”

3rd place — Navalny Nikita, 2nd-year student, “Computer Engineering and Software”
3rd place — Kochetkova Elizaveta, 1st-year student, “Veterinary Medicine”
3rd place — Omarov Salamat, 1st-year student, “Food Technology and Safety”

The winners were awarded diplomas and memorable prizes in recognition of their creativity and active civic engagement.

The contest demonstrated a high level of student involvement and their commitment to contributing to the development of an honest and responsible society. The organizers expressed gratitude to all participants and wished them further success.
