On December 3, 2025, students of the programs 6B07104 “Technological Machines and Equipment” and 6B07101 “Transport, Transport Engineering and Technologies” visited the Zhangir Khan University as part of an educational excursion dedicated to the development of the oil and gas industry and transport technologies.

During the excursion, students learned about the history of oil production, saw a unique exhibit — an oil pumpjack, as well as an educational exhibition stand with industrial equipment: an electric motor with a pump, shut-off and connecting valves (flanges, adapters, couplings, nipples), threaded elements of drilling and pipe equipment, and drilling bits (roller bits).

The excursion allowed students to connect theoretical knowledge with practical experience and gain a deeper understanding of the significance of their chosen specialty.
