The Department of Oil and Gas Engineering organized a tour of drilling rigs for students of 3-4 courses of the 6B07201/6B07204 “Oil and Gas Business” educational program at Uralskneftegazgeologiya JSC.

The students were met by Murat Salauatovich Nurgazinov, Chief Technical Officer of Uralskneftegazgeologiya JSC for Environmental Management and the EBRD, who provided comprehensive information on the structure and operation features of drilling equipment. During the tour, the types of equipment were shown and the principles of their operation were explained in detail.
