On March 15-16 within the XVIII International scientific conference of young scientists “The human capital – a modernization basis” four sections worked at faculty of languages and management:
- Management of the human capital in the conditions of innovative economy
- A multilingualism – a core of the multicultural personality
- Accounting in innovative development of economy
- Humanitarian and social sciences in the modern world
The purpose of holding a conference – involvement of students of faculty of languages and management to scientific practical activities, stimulation and support of scientific activity of youth, creation of conditions for realization of innovative potential of youth.
More than 100 reports have been submitted on the most various subjects. Competent jury having heard a report pronounced its decision.
On 10 section “Management of the Human Capital in the conditions of Innovative Economy” reports have been devoted to current problems of modern economy: introduction and development of technologies of renewable sources of energy, development of agrarian business in the West Kazakhstan region, a role of the Internet in economy, a role of basic innovations, a role of investments in development of economic processes. Students have paid special attention to questions of development of cryptocurrencies, virtual money and ways of earnings on cryptocurrencies. All reports have been prepared up to standard with application of the presentations.

On 11 section “Multilingualism — a Core of the Multicultural Personality” many reports have been devoted to questions of introduction of a multilingualism in Republic of Kazakhstan. The idea of a multilingualism is especially important for Kazakhstan citizens as it has been formulated by the Head of state as the answer to time call. Polylinguism helps to solve pressing vital needs of society, to be integrated actively into the global world. The most important strategic problem of formation of Kazakhstan is on the one hand, maintaining the best Kazakhstan educational traditions, on the other hand, providing university graduates with the international qualification qualities, development of their linguistic consciousness. The idea of a polylimguism, is a part of the national ideology aimed at formation and development of competitive Kazakhstan – equal among the best. English as means of the international communication takes the leading position in the world. It is connected first of all with rapid development of high technologies (space, information, the laser equipment, bio – and nanotechnologies), economies. The one who wishes to get higher chances of successful employment and professional career has to know sufficiently at least one foreign language. Language skills broadens horizons of future expert, allows him in modern conditions more successfully to conduct the professional activity, especially with foreign partners, to be mobile, able to build own career, and in the future to work in the conditions of fierce competition at the domestic and world markets and to actively promote safe development of all society. Also reflection in reports was received by the questions about Smart Technologies, Smart City, Advantages of learning foreign languages.

12 section “Accounting in Innovative Development of Economy” have been devoted to questions of harmonization of accounting in the Republic of Kazakhstan, to transition to International Financial Reporting Standards. The international standards of account allow not only to cut down expenses of the companies on preparation of the reporting, especially in the conditions of consolidation of financial statements of the enterprises working in the different countries, also to lower cost of attraction of the capital. Also have found reflection of an opportunity and tendency of Islamic banking, a role and the place of outsourcing in the organizations of accounting, indicators of demographic statistics in reports.

Special attention in reports has been paid to questions of cultural policy as to priority activity of the state.
