In order to implement measures to promote the principle of “Law and order” in the public consciousness, voiced in the Address to the people of Kazakhstan by the Head of State on March 27, 2025, a meeting of students of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University with representatives of the prosecutor’s office, internal affairs agencies and the anti-corruption service of the West Kazakhstan region was held in the assembly hall of the Institute of Education and Management.

The invited guests included Khairullin Birzhan Mardanuly – Head of the Prevention Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption (Anti-Corruption Service), Adietov Mukhammed Gilymuly – Prosecutor of the Uralsk City Prosecutor’s Office, Rakhmetov Talgat Khasanovich – Candidate of Legal Sciences, associate professor of the Law Department, Honored Worker of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Reserve Police Colonel, Karagoishiyev Ertai Amangeldievich – Honored Worker of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Reserve Police Lieutenant Colonel, senior lecturer of the Law Department, Lawyer.

The event was moderated by the vice-rector for educational work at WKITU Abekeshev A.I., who introduced the work being carried out at the university to prevent crime among young people.

During the meeting, issues of domestic violence, fraudulent actions committed through Internet sites and phones, corruption offenses in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the growing number of consumers of synthetic drugs that pose a great threat to the health of the nation were discussed.

Students actively asked questions; the meeting was held in the format of an open dialogue.
