As part of the plan of guest lectures, on the 31st of October 2023, N.M. Lecturer Nasipkalieva A.S. demonstrated a presentation on the topic: “Tugan Olke – Tugan Tarikh” by first-year students of the Industry Technology Institute of WKITU.

During the guest lecture, information was given about such sacred places of Western Kazakhstan as: “Sacred places of the Bukey Horde” (Khan Ordasy); “Altyn Khanshayim” with a visit to the Taksay mounds; “House of Alash Orda”; Mausoleum “Zhumagazi Khazret”; “Ancient settlement Zhaiyk” and others. The purpose of this lecture was to increase the interest of young people in the field of tourism and ecology in our region, to give a comprehensive idea of ​​modern recreational tourism resources.

It became known that in WKO, with the development of tourism and the popularization of sacred places, work is being carried out to develop infrastructure and accessibility. On behalf of Elbasy, in 2019, the construction of a road to the Bokeyordinsky historical and museum complex, which is located 600 km, began. from the regional center.

The students’ attention was drawn to the features of landscape areas, karst forms, sources of mineral waters and mud, and the identification of rare species of animals and plants in our region.
