In the period from January 30 to February 27, 2023, within the framework of the Memorandum between the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University and the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Esbulatov and the exchange of experience between the teaching staff of the university for doctoral students of the 1st year of the Almaty Academy, a professor of the Department of History and Law of the University, junior adviser of Justice, doctor Associate Professor Kairzhanova S. E. conducts a lecture on “Criminal liability for corruption in the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
During the first lecture, new information on criminal liability for corruption offenses based on international experience was presented. He focused on the need to continue and intensify work in structural units on the organization of preventive measures in the fight against corruption, the formation of an anti-corruption worldview and education, as well as the involvement of state bodies and public organizations on anti-corruption issues.
