On December 14, 2022, with students of the 4th year of educational programs “Law Enforcement,” “Economics and the Basis of Law” took part in a court session of the “Specialized Interdistrict Court in the West Kazakhstan Region.” The lesson was organized by Art. teachers of the Department of History and Law Duisaliev G.K., Gabdulov A. Zh., Makhsotova Zh. R., Karim A., Kairzhanova S.E., L. Klimova and Zhailibaeva Zh. M.
According to Art. 308 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Specialized Interdistrict Court for Criminal Cases” criminal cases of especially grave crimes are in charge. The students got acquainted with the procedure for the main trial in practice. During the trial, students were shown in practice how the court explains the rights and obligations of the defendant, witness, as well as how the interrogation of the defendant and witness is carried out.
