On November 24 of this year, within the framework of the quality week, teachers of the Department of History and Law of the Faculty of Pedagogy: Karim A., Kusdavletov H.M. and Zhailibayeva Zh.M. held an open lesson on the disciplines: Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Advocacy, Lawyer Ethics on the topic: “The main trial”. Students of the educational program “Law Enforcement” (WKITU) and “Jurisprudence” (WKU) were presented with an imitation of a court hearing in a criminal case. Thus, the main trial under Article 99 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan was heard in the courtroom. The viewer witnessed the application of theoretical knowledge in a practice-oriented lesson, in order to consolidate the studied material and demonstrate the application of the NPA by students of law enforcement. Following the results of the open lesson, the guests expressed their gratitude and intentions for further cooperation in the training of legal personnel.
