Qualification requirements:

For heads of departments – higher (or post-university) education, the presence of an academic degree of Doctor of sciences or candidate of sciences, the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and work experience of at least 5 years of scientific and pedagogical activity. Knowledge of the state language at the business level.

For a professor – higher (or postgraduate) education, the degree of Doctor of Sciences or candidate of Sciences, the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and work experience of at least 5 years of scientific and pedagogical activity, including at least one year as an associate professor.

For an associate professor – higher (or postgraduate) education, the degree of Doctor of Sciences or candidate of Sciences, the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and work experience of at least 5 years of scientific and pedagogical activity, including at least 3 years as a senior lecturer.

For a senior teacher – with a master’s degree in relevant sciences and (or) having at least 3 years of experience as a teacher or at least 5 years of practical experience in the profile.

For a teacher – with a master’s degree in relevant sciences, higher professional education, without a work experience requirement.

Persons wishing to participate in the competition submit an application (in any form) addressed to the head of the university. The following documents are attached to the application:

1. personal personnel record sheet;
2. autobiography;
3. copies of diplomas of higher education, academic and academic degrees, a document of academic rank and originals for verification;
4. copies of certificates of retraining and advanced training and originals for verification;
5. list of scientific papers and inventions (if available);
6. medical book;
7. certificate on the presence or absence of information on records issued by the Committee of Legal Statistics and Special Records of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the commission of a criminal offense by a person;
8. certificate from the narcological organization;
9. certificate from a neuropsychiatric organization.

Persons who already work at ZKITU and wish to participate in the competition, with the subsequent conclusion of an employment contract, submit an application addressed to the rector of the university. The following documents are attached to the application:

1. personal business;
2. copies of certificates of retraining and advanced training for the last academic year (if available) and originals for verification;
3. list of scientific works and inventions updated (if available);
4. medical book.

The participant of the competition has the right to submit additional information concerning his education, work experience, professional level (list of scientific publications, recommendations from the management of the previous place of work, etc.)

The deadline for submitting documents for the competition is 15 calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement (until January 13, 2022, 18.00 h)
