On October 15, 2025, the 13^th International Scientific and Practical Conference “Innovative Technologies and Engineering”, dedicated to the 80^th anniversary of Temirtau was held at the Karaganda Industrial University in Temirtau. The conference was held in three tracks. Elmira Khaidarova, a third-year student of the EP Economics, participated in the section “Knowledge economy, innovative management, and the transformation of education for sustainable development.” She presented her paper, “The changing nature of employment in the global economy”, which earned her the third place and a third-degree diploma.
