The Registration Office of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University took part in the VII Annual Conference of the Registrar Offices of Kazakhstan on the basis of Nazarbayev University.

The meeting calls for supporting a unique communication platform for discussing topical issues and sharing experiences with like-minded people both at the national and international level.

This event promotes the unification of colleagues throughout Kazakhstan in the field of higher education in order to exchange professional experience and best practices that are implemented in the work during the period of change.

During the meeting of the Registrar’s Offices, 15 informational sessions were held, which covered a wide range of academic issues, digitalization of the admission process and document management, principles of academic counseling, online registration issues, the role of the Registrar’s Office in the education quality assurance system and other important issues of the Registrar’s Office and interacting departments.

The sessions were attended by the staff of Nazarbayev University, representatives of the Kazakh Agrotechnical University named after S. Seifullin, the American University of Phnom Penh, the Kazakh National Medical University named after S.D. Asfendiyarov, the University of KAZGUU named after M. Narikbayev and the Platonus company.
