Under conditions of high emotional workload, the teaching profession requires special attention to maintaining inner balance. For this purpose, as part of the Quality Week, a training seminar titled “Teacher’s Emotional Balance: Art Therapy as a Resource for Stress Resilience” was conducted by G.A. Zhumagulova, Master of Pedagogy, senior lecturer of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology. The seminar aimed to develop teachers’ stress resilience and emotional stability through the use of art therapy techniques. The practical part of the training included art therapy exercises focused on expressing and understanding emotions, discovering personal resources, and finding ways to restore inner harmony. During the organization of the seminar, various digital tools were used, such as Canva, Mentimeter, and Google Forms. Participants noted that the training allowed them to gain a new perspective on their own emotional state and provided them with practical tools for self-regulation and stress reduction. In their feedback, teachers emphasized the warm and supportive atmosphere, engaging activities, and the modern format that effectively combined art therapy with digital technologies. The event became not only a source of inspiration and professional growth but also a reminder of the importance of taking care of one’s own emotional well-being as a teacher.
