As part of Education Quality Week, a methodological seminar on “Preventing Emotional Burnout” was held. It was organized by Veronika Vitalievna Lukpanova, senior lecturer and Master of Pedagogy.
Faculty from the Institute of Education and Management participated in the event, discussing current issues related to maintaining and strengthening professional health, as well as methods of self-regulation and preventing emotional exhaustion.
The seminar examined the main signs and stages of emotional burnout, described typical manifestations of this condition, and presented effective prevention techniques. Participants were given practical recommendations for maintaining emotional resilience, restoring internal resources, and developing a positive professional attitude.
The seminar materials are aimed at fostering a culture of self-regulation and preventing emotional burnout in the professional environment.
