On November 10, 2025, the Uralsk city Education Department of the West Kazakhstan Region Akimat and the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University signed a Memorandum of Cooperation to improve the effectiveness of training highly qualified specialists in areas of mutual interest, based on the principles of mutually beneficial cooperation.

The aim of the cooperation is to develop professional skills among West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University undergraduate and graduate students, assist students in internships and training, and find employment, improve faculty qualifications, provide methodological and advisory assistance, and disseminate advanced pedagogical practices.

Participating in the signing of the memorandum were A.Z. Kairzhanova, Head of the Uralsk city Education Department of the West Kazakhstan Region Akimat; B.T. Shakeshev, Rector of the West Kazakhstan Innovative and Technological University; S.A. Mashanova, acting vice-rector for academic and methodological affairs, Director of the Institute of Education and Management A.S. Tasmagambetov, as well as department heads and division heads, participated.

This event will be an important step toward expanding mutual cooperation, improving the effectiveness of training highly qualified specialists, and fostering joint decision-making on pressing issues in education.
