In order to reduce the unemployment rate and provide comprehensive support to young people, which is one of the main tasks of the state, representatives of KPO b.v. and the Uralsk Career Center Branch of the KSU Labor Mobility Center of the Department for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the Akimat of the West Kazakhstan Region held a job fair for graduates of the Institute of Industry Technologies of the ZKITU for the purpose of youth employment.

Dario Spano and Stefano Verturelli spoke about the history of the development and development of the Karachaganak oil and gas condensate field, companies involved in the development of the field such as Lukoil, Kazmunaygas, Shell plc, ENI SpA and Chevron, the work of the mechanical equipment maintenance site and the development of maintenance of the condensate treatment plant, the gas back injection unit CGTP-2 and the first production facility CGTP-3.

Personnel from KPO b.v. and the Uralsk City Career Center Branch of KSU Labor Mobility Center explained about the internal labor regulations and conditions of employment, as well as the condition of completing a paid youth internship lasting 12 months, and the work experience counted.

At the end of the event, the organizers conducted a test in a playful way, according to the results of which the students who won prizes were presented with gifts.
