On March 18, 2025, an international round table was held, organized by the Astrakhan State University named after V.N. Tatishchev and the Department of Oriental Studies and Political Sciences. The event was held to discuss theoretical and applied aspects of interdisciplinary study of modern energy problems, search for new alternative energy sources, research and exchange positions on responsible and environmental consumption, as well as discuss issues of cooperation in the field of public energy policy in Russia, Europe and Asia.
The round table was attended by Lyazat Anatolyevna Sadykova, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Energy, Automation and Computer Engineering at the West Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Technology, who made a presentation on the topic: “Problems and new horizons of green energy development in Kazakhstan”. In her report, she presented current issues and opportunities for the development of sustainable and environmentally friendly energy sources, focusing on the challenges and prospects of this process for Kazakhstan.
The round table has become an important platform for the exchange of experiences and ideas between students and scientists from different countries, contributing to the further development of the topic of clean energy and a sustainable future.
