As part of the Quality Week “Digital Technologies in Education as a Factor in Improving the Quality of Professional Training,” a master class entitled “Digital Tools for Teaching Literature: Interactivity, Platforms, and Artificial Intelligence” was held on November 10th organized by Altyn Toishybayevna Kurmasheva, a lecturer at the Department of Philology and Teaching Methods. Gulzhan Azamatovna Ginayatova, a teacher at Secondary School No. 21 and a Master of Pedagogy, was a special guest at the master class. Gulzhan Azamatovna spoke about new opportunities for teaching literature, discussed the effectiveness of modern digital platforms, and shared examples from her own experience. She demonstrated the advantages of using interactive approaches to teaching literary works, online services, and artificial intelligence tools, and also provided teachers with specific methodological recommendations. The students were particularly invaluable in the advanced practices and capabilities of modern digital tools presented during the masterclass. The future philology teachers who participated in the event not only learned new information but also identified important areas for their professional development and learned specific approaches that can be used in their teaching.
The masterclass was a meaningful and useful meeting for teachers and students, where they demonstrated ways to effectively integrate technology into the educational process.
