As part of the week of Russian language and literature, the reading competition “My Motherland is Kazakhstan” was held at the department of “Foreign languages and translation studies” on November 15, 2023. The purpose of the competition: to intensify students’ cognitive interest in the history of their state, to promote students’ sense of pride in their country, involvement in the fate of their country, to cultivate a respectful attitude towards the past of Kazakhstan and a tolerant attitude towards each other. Participants are students of groups: RYAL-221, PIMNO-211,111, PS-211, KYAL-211,111, IYA-111, PD-111, KDR-111, DOV-111. The competition featured poems by contemporary poets about Kazakhstan.
