On March 24-30, 2022, the regional stage of the republican Olympiad of schoolchildren in general education subjects among students of general education and specialized schools was held.

The event was organized by the Regional Department of Education on the basis of the M. Utemisov West Kazakhstan University.

From March 24 to March 25, 236 students tested their knowledge in 6 subjects of the natural-mathematical direction (mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, computer science, geography).

Russian Russian language and literature, Kazakh language in the Kazakh classroom, Kazakh language in the Russian classroom, English, history of Kazakhstan, fundamentals of law, self-knowledge) 325 students took part in 8 subjects of social and humanitarian direction on March 28-29.

According to the results of the Olympiad, the students who took the prize-winning 1-2-3 places were awarded with diplomas. The participants who took the 4th place were awarded letters of thanks.

By the decision of the founder of the Pedagogical Faculty and the Faculty of Languages and Management of the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University, 14 educational grants were awarded to students who received 3-4 places at the Olympiad.

The following students received 6 educational grants in the natural-mathematical direction:

• Eleusinovadilnaz-secondary school No. 3 in Aksai, Burlinsky district;
• Tlegenguldana – Karatobinsk gymnasium school of the Karatobinsky district;
• Ramadan Ayan – gymnasium named after Abai of Akzhaik district;
• Akhmetova Asem- gymnasium school “Saulet”Taskalinsky district;
• Turarbekkyzyzhanerke – regional specialized boarding school named after Abai for gifted children;
• Urazgaliyev Bakhtiyar is a regional specialized boarding school named after Abai for gifted children.

On behalf of the University, educational grants were awarded by the Vice-rector for Educational Work, Master of Ecology Abekeshev A.I.

On March 30, the following students received 8 educational grants in the social and humanitarian direction:

• Serikova Aruzhan-secondary school named after G. Abdullin of Zhanibek district;
• Zhasasynova Gulsezim-Koskolskaya secondary school of the Karatobinsky district;
• KusherbaevAdilnaz-Aksuat secondary secondary school of Terektinsky district;
• Naukhanova Akzharkyn-Budarinsky complex school-nursery of Akzhaiksky district;
• Malikova Lagyl-Akpatersk secondary school of Kaztalovsky district;
• UsmangalievErgen-Chingirlau secondary school of Chingirlau district;
• Dzhalkatova Alina – secondary school named after K. Satpayev of the Taskalinsky district;
• Ramazanova Dilyara is a secondary school named after M. Mametovoybokeyordinsky district.
